Crispy Soybeans & Chicken

I wanted to eat a delicious dish with soybeans.
While the oil is heating up in the frying pan, place the flour and ingredients in a plastic bag to coat thoroughly. Remove the excess flour before frying.
At first, don't touch them but fry slowly. Even if they stick to each other at the beginning, they will separate while they crisp.
Keep the heat on low to medium. Recipe by mildsevene

Steps
- 1
Cut the chicken with the skin into 2 cm cubes. Cut the carrot into 1 cm cubes. Rub a small amount of salt (2 g) into the chicken. Steam the carrots or cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600 W for a minute.
- 2
Coat the chicken and soybeans with flour (4 tablespoons) and fry in 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Leave for some time without touching as they cook on medium heat. Drain the carrots.
- 3
Once the meat starts to become fragrant, use a turner to flip everything over. Fry the other side. Once every side has been fried, add the carrots and season with salt (3 g) and pepper.
- 4
Once cooked, place in a stainless colander to drain the oil.
