
Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Shells

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Boil the shells aldente. Drain and let cool. Set aside.

Cut and shred the chicken. Brown it. Set aside.

Finely cut the onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Saute them together. Set aside.

Whisk eggs together.

Mix in the cheeses, leaving 1/4 cup of Mozzarella for topping.

Cut the spinach. Mix it in.

Mix in the Italian seasoning. Mix in the chicken, onion, mushroom, and garlic.

Pour 2 cups of alfredo sauce into a 13x11 inch pan.

Stuff shells with mixture and place in pan.

Cover the shells with the remainder of the alfredo and mozzarella.

Cover the pan with foil and bake for 12 minutes. Remove the foil, turn the pan, and cook for another 10 minutes.
