  1. Refried Beans
  2. 2 canRoserita Refried Beans
  3. 1 mediumWhite Onion [diced]
  4. 1 smallTomato [diced]
  5. 2 largeJalapeños [diced]
  6. 1 tspEach: Garlic Powder - Onion Powder - Cumin
  7. 1 can4 oz Green Chiles
  8. 1/2 cupFresh Cilantro
  9. Bread
  10. 1 packagesFlour Tortillas
  11. Oil
  12. 1Bottle Canola Oil
  13. Cheeses
  14. 1 bagShredded Mexican 3 Cheese Or Cheddar Cheese
  15. Sides
  16. 1Bottle Hot Sauce
  17. 1 jarSalsa
  18. 1 pintsSour Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything in the Refried Bean section and heat in the microwave covered for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Place Tortilla on a plate and add refried beans and lots of cheese.

    Tightly roll up Tortilla and pin it with a toothpick. Push beans back into the Tortilla at the sides if slightly pushed out.

    Heat oil until hot. Fry burritos in 2" of Canola Oil until Tortillas are browned and crispy. Drain and remember, PULL OUT TOOTHPICKS!

    Serve with Hot Sauce, Salsa, Sour Cream and Avocados on a bed of lettuce or cabbage. Garnish with fresh Cilantro.

    You can also serve these with my easy, delicious, basic chile verde sauce poured over the tops.

My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods.
