Chop the onions and chillies..

Now add both the flour, red chilli powder, salt, oil and chopped chillies and onions in a mixing bowl..

Mix them and knead a soft dough with the help of water..

Now make balls of the dough..Flatten the ball and roll a chapati...

Now put the roti on a hot tawa..

When both the sides are half cooked, put the roti directly on the flame.. And cook until it is done..

Make all your rotis like this..

Now for chutney heat oil in a pan and add onion and cumin seeds to it...

When onions becomes slightly transparent add garlic paste to it..

Then add the chopped tomatoes to it..

Then add salt, red chilli powder to it and mix well..

Keep stirring it so that it does not stick to the bottom..

Cook until oil starts seperating..

Then put off the flame and take it out in a bowl..

Serve your rotis with this chutney and desi ghee...
