Take 15 to 20 big green chillies (not too much spicy)..wash them & dry them. Take out the top part.

Now cut into small pieces with the help of knife or scissors.

Now grind them coursely..Do not grind too much.

Heat up a pan on low heat add spices one by one..mustard seeds, fennel seeds, methi seeds, carom seeds, kalaunji, coriander seeds and dry roast them on low flame until nice aroma comes.

After cool down a bit grind them into a course powder.

Now heat up a pan add black mustard seeds, hing cook for 10 sec.Then add coursely grinded chilli.

Now add salt to taste, haldi powder, kashmiri chilli powder & coursely grinded roasted masala.Mix well & cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 mins.

When looks nice & soft..coated with masala then add 1 lemon juice..give it a good mix.Turn off the flame.

When cool down completely. Fill it in a glass bowl/Jar & enjoy upto 1 month in refrigerator.
