Samosa Leaves Pockets

My innovative idea at it's best. I have made these lovely looking Pockets with store bought Samosa Leaves. Super thin and crispy Pockets or Parcels just right with the evening Tea or Coffee. Made in a jiffy and tastes perfect. I have made all three different varieties of them. Veg, Non-Veg and Cheesy. All of them will be equally loved by everyone. They can be enjoyed on any day for Snacking, Brunching or even for Picnics and Outdoors. It makes for an excellent Tiffin box idea too. A good one for many different occasions. All in all, a perfect appetizer too. Gorgeous and easy to make as well. Wishing you all a very beautiful day ahead.

Steps

Make the Mince filling by sauteeing all the ingredients nicely. I made all three types of Pockets or Parcels.

Prepare the Veg filling by sauteeing everything well. Stir fry them on medium-high heat until just done with all the spices added.

For the Cheesy Pockets, just put a small cube of cheese in the center and close it up as shown in the pics. And for each Pocket, we need 2 Samosa Leaves. This is applicable for all the variations.

Deep fry on medium-high heat until crisp and done. Serve them hot with any Dipping Sauce or our good old Kissan Tomato Ketchup. Enjoy!
