Rice ko 1 hr ke liye wash kar ke soaked karden.

Egg me salt n black pepper add kar ke 2 tbsp oil me scrambled krlen aur ik side pe rakh dein.

Tamam vegetables ko wash kar ke kat lein aur light oil me fry kar lein.

Ik pateelay me oil le kar ginger garlic paste fry karen. phir usme chopped onion add kar ke light brown karen.then tomato add kar ke cook karen.

Tomato gal jayen to usme soy sauce, vinegar, chicken powder, black pepper, cinnamon, salt aur thora pani add kar ke masala ready karen

Then tamam fried vegetables, egg, chicken add kar ke cook karen.

Rice boil karen.phir in rice ko vegetable stuff ke sath mix karden. kuch dair low flame par dam par rakhen.
