Nuggets make an awesome appetizer or even a starter, not only Chicken, but Fish and Prawn Nuggets too make for an ideal choice. Relish these crispy beauties with your favourite Dips or Sauces and see how your effort in making them brings a smile on your loved ones faces. These are done very easily at home with just a few ingredients. And are perfectly crisp and crunchy too. Both frozen and fresh Prawns can be used for this. Here I have used fresh one's. Red Chilli powder is optional and only Black Pepper powder can be used instead. But I have used both for a fine colour. Red Chilli powder can be substituted with Paprika powder too for a lovely colour and flavour.

Marinate Prawns with all the ingredients listed under it. Keep aside for an hour. Now dip each Prawn in the Flour slurry, then in the beaten Egg and finally coat them with the breadcrumbs before frying.

Do not over crowd the kadai. Flour slurry should be a bit thick in consistency. Do not make it too watery or too thick.

They will be cooked fast, so care should be taken whilst frying. Deep fry on a medium to high heat only. Serve them hot with Ketchup. Enjoy!
