Ingredients

  • 500 gmArwi
  • 1/2 tspCumin
  • 1/4 tspkalongi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspKutti hue Lal mirch
  • 1/2 tspkutta hua Dhania
  • PinchTurmeric Powder
  • Oil
  • Imli
  • 3-4Curry leaves
  • 1-2Green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut Arwi 👇

    A picture of step 1 of Arwi ki Tarkari.
  2. 2

    Wash and Soak for half an hour then wash again.

  3. 3

    In a pot add Oil,curry leaves, kalongi, cumin, green chilli.

  4. 4

    Add Arwi And remaining spices

  5. 5

    Fry until Water dries

  6. 6

    Add 1/2 glass of water and cook well

  7. 7
