Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 poundGround Beef
  2. 1-2Onions, sliced
  3. Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder (to taste)
  4. 1 packcream cheese, Softened
  5. Chopped Mushrooms (Optional)
  6. slicesProvolone cheese
  7. 1-2Green Peppers, sliced
  8. 1/2 poundchuck roast, cut into strips

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat your oven @ 350. Simmer your strips of chuck roast in a skillet on medium heat, season with salt and pepper. Once it's done. Put aside.

  2. 2

    Brown your ground beef with a sliced onion. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Once brown, drain some of the grease. NOT ALL.

  3. 3

    Saute green peppers and another sliced onion until crisp, tender.

  4. 4

    Add your peppers, onions, chuck roast strips and ground beef to the pan.

  5. 5

    Add 1 pack of softened cream cheese to your mix. Mix WELL and heat throughly.

  6. 6

    Optional- add chopped mushrooms to the mixture.

  7. 7

    Put mixture into baking dish. Add some provolone cheese layered on top of the mix.

  8. 8

    Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
