Firstly heat a kadhai add 3tsp mustard oil,then roast the capsicum and onions and remove it in a plate

In a same kadhai add roast the paneer and pour it in a water so that paneer remain soft

In a same kadhai add 1tsp mustard seed,1tsp cumin seed,1tsp degi Mirch and tomato,onion,garlic

Meanwhile in a bowl add half cup of curd,1tsp red chilli powder,1tsp Coriander powder,1tsp gram flour mix it well and pour this in tomato mixer, addkasuri methi

Add salt,sugar,tomato ketchup and all onion,capsicum and paneer close the lid cook for 10min
- 6
After that add 1cup water again close the lid and cook for 10more min
