Take all the ingredients for soya meal maker vadai & coconut chutney recipes.
Take a pan in gas stove.put the fennel & add cinnamon & cloves & cardamom & shagi jeera and fry lightly without oil in a pan...

Then Chopped the 3medium size ballari onion........purely
Wash & Soak it bengal gram dal(kadalai parupu)for 10mins...and take soaked Bengal gram dal(kadalai parupu)and other fry roasted ingredients...... - 3
Take 35pieces soya mealmaker in a bowl and boil for 7mins.then after the boiled soya has warmed up & transfer in a mixi jar.grind it once a time...

Then fry roasted spices and add ginger garlic pieces&bengal gram dal(kadalai parupu)&grind it 2 times.....

Take all the ingredient mixtures and mix it all in bowl.take a pan in gas stove and
Put it in the palms of your hands and grate it and fry in oil pan till golden brown color... - 6
Then Transfer it in bowl.
Take 1coconut,2Tea spoon Bengal Gram Roasted(Pottu kadalai),1/4 teaspoon mustard,a little bit of curry leaves,2Tea spoon gingelly oil,1green chilli,1/4th piece onion and put some ingredients in a mixi jar.add required quantity of water & salt powder. - 7
Add some water then Grind it well smooth paste.then

Then Take a oil pan and put 2pieces dry red round chillies,some little bit of curry leaves,1/4th table spoon mustard.then pour the ingredients with oil in coconut chutney bowl...
