Mix salt, baking soda, oil, baking powder, curd with the flour & rub well your fingertips

Make a dough with warm water & knead well to a soft pliable dough and keep it aside for half an hour

Divide the dough into equal balls. Flatten each ball between the palms of the hands into a roti. Moisten one hand & stick the roti on to the wall of a hot tandoor or gas tandoor

Remove it with gloved hands when brown spots appear on the roti. Apply ghee or butter on them and serve hot with shahi paneer.
