Steps
- 1
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Cut the stems off the shimeji mushrooms, and separate each of the mushrooms.
- 2
Cut the komatsuna into 3-4 cm wide pieces, and wash in water.
- 3
Add 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan, and stir-fry the pork over high heat.
- 4
When it's cooked through, add the stem parts of komatsuna, and shimeji mushrooms, and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
- 5
Add the leaves of komatsuna.
- 6
When the komatsuna becomes soft and wilted, add the ☆ seasoning ingredients and mix it all together. Then you're all done!
