Maize Millet Dosa with Sambar

Soak rice,urad dal,maize,methi seeds for 4 hrs

After four hrs grind everything along with green gram dal powder into a fine paste

Ferment the batter for 6 to 8 hrs

In a dosa pan spread one ladle dosa batter, add 1 tsp oil and cook for few minutes till the dosa turns golden brown.

Serve it with Coarinder Chutney and sambar
