Soak dal for at least 4 hour

Grains tha daal mixter in mixter grinder with green chilli, salt and hing into thin paste with minimum water

Now transfer tha mixture in large bowl, beat with electric beater till mixture become fulffy and colour change

On gas stove, put heavy bottem kadai, pour mustard oil when oil get heated, take small portion of mixture and dip in hot oil, cook till become crispy

In spreat pan, take water with salt and hing, direct transfer tha vada into water for kadai

After 30 min, squeeze tha vada, transfer into serving bowl add sweet dahi, green chutney, red chutney,salt, red chilli powder and Jeera powder
