Crispy Rava Mysore masala dosa

Firstly take a big bowl add curd n grated urad dal batter add one bowl rava into it add salt n little water mix it well n keep a side for 15 minutes, chopped all the veggies.

After 15 minutes our raw dosa batter is ready take all the above ingredients together, heat the tawa grease with oil,

Take a big round spoon of rava batter n spread into the tawa n make a round dosa sprinkle some red chilli powder, add all the chopped veggies n little oil,

Add potato bhaji, garam masala, pav bhaji masala,red chilli powder n butter mash the mixture with the help of masher.

And cook the rava dosa till crispy, after that roll the rava Mysore masala dosa n cut into the pieces n serve hot.
