I had a leftover banana, so I tried making something simple in the microwave and it was delicious.

Combine and sift the cake flour and baking powder.

In a bowl, mash the banana with a pork. Add the vegetable oil and mix together.

Add the dry ingredients from Step 1 into the bowl from Step 2 and lightly mix until no longer powdery.

Transfer to muffin molds and microwave at 600 W for 2:30.
