Ingredients

  • 1x pack tennis biscuits
  • 1/2 cuplemon juice
  • 1 tincrushed pineapples
  • 2 cupscremona mixed with 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tincondensed milk
  • Rainbow vermicelli or cherries for decorating
  • 250 mlfresh cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Whip cream and set aside

    Mix condensed milk, lemon juice and cremora mixture till thick

  3. 3

    Drain pineapple and add to the condensed milk mixture

    Add the mixture to the whipped cream

    Layer biscuits in a tart dish

  6. 6

    Put mixture on top of the biscuits

  7. 7

    Decorate and let it set in the fridge over night
