Ingredients

1x pack tennis biscuits
1/2 cuplemon juice
1 tincrushed pineapples
2 cupscremona mixed with 1/2 cup warm water
1 tincondensed milk
Rainbow vermicelli or cherries for decorating
250 mlfresh cream

Steps

Whip cream and set aside

Mix condensed milk, lemon juice and cremora mixture till thick

Drain pineapple and add to the condensed milk mixture
4

Add the mixture to the whipped cream
5

Layer biscuits in a tart dish
6

Put mixture on top of the biscuits
7

Decorate and let it set in the fridge over night
