Ingredients

  1. 112 gmButter
  2. 118 gmSugar
  3. 1Small Egg
  4. 15 GramsCocoa Powder
  5. 75 GramsAll -Purpose Flour
  6. 1/8 TspSalt
  7. 100 GramsMilk Chocolate
  8. 1/2 TbspCoconut Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cream together 56 grams of butter and 56 grams of Sugar until fluffy.

    Now add in the egg and beat again. Add in 15 grams of Cocoa Powder and beat until no lumps.

    Add in the flour and Salt and to make a dough.

  4. 4

    Place the dough between 2 parchment papers and roll the dough thick. Place the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes cut out rectangles from the dough and place it on a baking pan.

    Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.

    Once cooked let the cookies cool. For the filling cream 56 grams of Butter. Now add in 62 grams of Sugar and ½ tbsp Cocoa Powder.

    Now take a cookie and spread some filling on it. Top it with another cookie. Repeat the process with all the cookies.

    Until you make the coating refrigerate the cookies. For the coating melt together milk chocolate with coconut oil.Take a chilled cookie and dip it into the chocolate. Repeat the process with all the cookies.

    Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes serve and enjoy.
