3 cuppuffed rice
3/4 cupkaju/ cashew
4 tspghee/ oil
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp tomato powder
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
1/4 tspHing/asafoetdia
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspjeera/ cumin seeds

Heat the oil or ghee add jeera hind and haldi. Now add kaju sauté till nice pink colour. Now add puffed rice mix well.

Now add all dry masala one by one and mix nicely.

You can adjust any masala as per your choice. When done serve with coriander.
