Add the Wok to the heat and when hot add the sesame oil.

Next t add the rice turning over while it fries make a well in middle add the egg and stir quickly like you were making scrambled eggs.

Next add the curry sauce and mix.

Add to a serving bowl and add some chopped spring onion on top.
