30 minutes

1 serving

250 gramsLauki cut into slices
1/2onion blended without water
2small tomatoes blended
1/4 teaspoonHaldi
1 tsproasted crushed zeera
1small green chilli chopped
1/2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
to taste Salt
Hara dhanya chopped

30 minutes

Sauté onion ina nonstick pan for 2,3 minutes

Add ginger garlic paste, sauté for a minute
3

Add blended tomatoes and all spices. Bhonofy well until dry
4

Add lauki mix well add a little water
5

Cover and cook on low flame until done. Add hara dhanya and serve with bran bread or roti
