Ingredients

30 minutes
1 serving
  1. 250 gramsLauki cut into slices
  2. 1/2onion blended without water
  3. 2small tomatoes blended
  4. 1/4 teaspoonHaldi
  5. 1 tsproasted crushed zeera
  6. 1small green chilli chopped
  7. 1/2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  8. to taste Salt
  9. Hara dhanya chopped

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Sauté onion ina nonstick pan for 2,3 minutes

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste, sauté for a minute

  3. 3

    Add blended tomatoes and all spices. Bhonofy well until dry

  4. 4

    Add lauki mix well add a little water

  5. 5

    Cover and cook on low flame until done. Add hara dhanya and serve with bran bread or roti
