Sieve your flour and baking powder and set aside...
Line your cupcake papers(brush oil in them) on the cupcake baking tins.

Mix your wet ingredients until smooth and frothy except for the milk or water.

Add in your flour and fold in gently then add milk or water.
Quickly and gently fold then pour in your cupcake tins.

Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C
