Firstly wash your rice, pour in a clean pot and add 2 1/2 litters of water, allow to boil, then strain the water, place back the pot on fire, pour half a litter of water, add in 1 tablespoon of salt, allow to boil, then turn in the parboiled rice, allow to cook until the water is absorbed, turn off the stove, our rice is done

Place a clean pot on fire, pour in the oil, add half of the diced onion, allow to sizzle, then turn in the cooked chicken parts, deep fry until golden brown, add the remaining diced onion saute it, turn in the pepper and tomato paste, stir and allow to sizzle for some minutes, add in seasoning and spices then pour in the chicken stock, stir and allow to cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy, it can be served with vegetable salad or a side dish of your choice.
