Ingredients

  1. 2Pig feet (boiled)
  2. 100 ml●Water
  3. 150 ml●Red wine
  4. 1 tbsp●Soy sauce
  5. 1●Consomme soup stock cubes
  6. 30 ml●Balsamic vinegar
  7. 1●Bay leaf
  8. 1 tbsp☆Ketchup
  9. 1 tbsp☆Honey
  10. 3 gramsButter

Steps

  1. 1

    I used pre-boiled pig feet sold at the supermarket.

    Add the ● ingredients and the pig feet to the pressure cooker, close with the lid, and turn on the heat.

    Once the pressure starts, reduce to low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

    When it is time to stop the heat, remove the pressure and let sit for a while. Add the ☆ ingredients and let it simmer.

    Simmer until creamy, and then it's complete.

    These go well with bread. My husband, who loves rice, also gives this his approval.
