Steps

For mutton:- 1st we will wash the mutton well.Now heat cooker and add some oil and let it heat up and add the onion and fry it

Now add ginger garlic paste in it and saute it for a minute then add mutton, salt, cinnamon and saute them until water driesup.now add all spices and curd and cook them for 10 mins.

For biryani rice:- 1ST we will washed rice and soak it for 15 min.Now we will take a utensils and add some water in it and add bay leaves, cinnamon, cordomom,salt, coriander leaves, lemon nice and heat it up then add soaked rice and cook it for 5 min

Now make layer:- For layered we will add ghee in a utensils then add cooked rice.now add biryani masala and ghee and add mutton and then add green chillies and coriander leaves and add food colour, then seal the utensils with the help of wheat flour and it for 10 min in low flame.now our biryani is ready to serve.
