Take peanuts n jaggery in mixie jar and grind it on pulse mode. Peanuts will leave oil and jaggery will also melt. Take it in bowl and give shape with cookie cutter as we give for cutlets. Garnish it with almonds. Peanut burfi is ready. You can store it for 10 to 15 days.
You can also give the shape of laddus to it.
