Dissolve sugar and honey in water and boil the purple sweet potatoes until tender.

Press the potatoes through a strainer and add sugar while checking the sweetness.

Add the pancake mix, milk and egg to the sweet potatoes. Add two tablespoons of honey and mix it all together.

Finally, cook the mixture on the rice cooker's cake setting by simply pushing start.
