In a large skillet heat some olive oil…….

Sauté your onion, yellow pepper and minced garlic in olive oil until veggies are tender……Add in black pepper and continue to sauté for several more minutes……

Add to veggies your cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, mushroom pieces, heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and parsley flakes, heat on low heat until cheese has fully melted, stirring occasionally…….

Meanwhile boil some water for your frozen ravioli, don’t forget to salt your water 💦!!!

Boil ravioli according to package directions, drain and reserve about 1 cup of water from ravioli, then pour cooked and drained ravioli into mushroom sauce, stir well ……

Remove from heat and place on a serving platter, then serve and enjoy 😉!
