Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmasala/plain puffed rice
  2. 1 cupFarsan (MixtureNamkeen)
  3. 1small onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1/2Cucumbar
  6. 1/2lemon
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1green chilli
  9. 3 tspSweet Tamrind Chutney
  10. 3 tspSpicy green Chutney
  11. 2 tsplemon juice
  12. 3 tspChopped coriander leaves
  13. 1 tbsp raw mango
  14. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Chop Onion,tomato,cucumber, green chilli,raw mango finely.

    Take farsan in large mixing bowl and add puffed rice in it. Mix ita

    Add chopped onion,cucumber,green chilli,tomato,raw mango in mixture

    Add salt and red chilli powder in it.

    Add green chutany and sweet chutany as per taste. Mix it well.

    Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves in bhel mix it.

    Our delicious bhel is ready Serve it.
