Heat a pan add oil 1-tbsp oil add asafoetida, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and add soaked and boiled white peas mix well add needed water and salt cook till water evaporates. Ragda for pani puri is ready.

For mithi Chutney boil dates,jaggery and water and cook till dates becomes soft. Cool and blend it with blender add salt, cumin powder dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and mix well mithi Chutney is ready.

For tikha pani add all the ingredients in mixer grinder and grind into smooth puee and for tikha pani add 1-liter of water and mix well. Tikha pani is ready.

Serve mithi Chutney, tikha pani and ragada in katoris with puris in a plate. Enjoy chatpati panipuri.
