Subse phele maida,baking powder ko chan lein ache se.

Ab dough ko bail lein ache se r ghee lagayen puri pe ab four corners ko fold kar k ek square bana lein r 15 min freezer me rakh dein.

Phir nikal k halka halka maida dust karen r ab 2 sides ko fold karen r again freezer me rakhen.

After 15 mins nikal k bail lein.r croissant ki shape ya jo apka dil kare us shape me cut kar lein.

Oven ko 180' pe 10 min preheat hone rakh dein.baking dish ko grease kar lein.

Ab jam ki filling karen r shape de lein

Preheated oven me 20 min 180' pe bake kar lein.butter me thora sa jam mix kar lein jab bake kar k nikalen to is mixture ko brush kar dein. r enjoy karen chai coffee k sath.
