Creamy garlic pasta

Boil pasta in a vessel with salt and little pepper powder

Grind garlic, half pink onion, small piece of capsicum and tomatoes to a fine paste

Pour oil in a pan fry finely chopped white onion, green chillies and capsicum nicely.

Add the paste and fry until the oil separates

Add sugar, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and all the sauces

Mix well. Whisk the cream and milk. Pour that and stir well. When it thickens add pasta and mix gently.

Finally add butter, oregano rosemary leaves and basil leaves

Turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
Creamy garlic pasta is ready to plate
