Cut the lauki into the pieces and boiled it by adding salt.

When its become soft so mashed it.

Fry onions into the oil by adding cumin when onions become light golden brown add red button chillies sautay it

Add lauki green chillies, green coriander bhunify well.

Let it cool.

Beat the yougart and add salt and red chilli pwder then mix the lauki in it

Again baghar is optional take some oil and add cumin, red 🌶 curry leaves fry it then pour on the top of raita.enjoy with spoon,roti.dal chawal etc
