Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 1 cuptomatoes
  2. 1/2 tablespoonoil
  3. 1 teaspoonhing/ asafoetida
  4. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  5. 1 teaspoonRoasted masala
  6. 2 tablespoonsugar
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 15Dried red chillies
  9. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  10. 2 tablespooncoriander seeds
  11. 2 teaspoonfenugreek seeds
  12. 1 tablespoonroasted split Bengal gram

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast separately 15 whole dried red chillies,1 tablespoon cumin seeds,3 tablespoon coriander seeds,2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds,1 tablespoon roasted split Bengal gram.cool,mix and grind.

    Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a kadai and saute dry red chilli, mustard seeds and hing.

    Clean,wash and roughly chopped the tomatoes and add the pan.Then using a little water.Add salt and sugar.

    Cook sometimes then remove in a bowl and serve with khichuri.
