  1. 200 gmssuji
  2. 1/2 litreMilk
  3. As required Dry fruits-kaju,kismis, badam
  4. As per tasteSugar
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 3 to 4 tablespoonsGhee

    Put ghee in a nonstick pan at low flame. Add suji or rawa in it until aroma spread or it slightly changes colour. Keep it moving otherwise colour changes uneven or stick at bottom

    Cut dry fruits in small pieces. If you like with ghee. Fry it a little with ghee.

    Warm a cup water and milk.

    Add slowly mixture of water or milk in suji pan. Stir it continuously. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Add sugar. I suggest a medium bowl sugar for 100gm suji or rawa. Add pinch of salt. Mix it well and cover the pan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Add dry nuts and serve hot
