Tomato coriander shorba
So delicious and easy and light on stomach #weekred
Steps

Coarse grind jeera seeds, coriander seeds and black pepper.

In a kadhai add oil, bay leaf and the grinded powder. Cook for a minute

Add onion and besan. Mix well and cook for another minute

Add garlic, ginger and green chilli. Mix well and cook for a minute

Add in the tomatoes and coriander stems. Mix and cook for a minute

Add salt, red chilli powder and haldi powder. Cook till everything becomes mushy.

Add in the water. Cover and cook till the water reduces. (Minimum 10 minutes)

Sieve everything well and cook it again. You can remove the scum if you want.

In a tadka pan add butter and fresh coriander. Add it to the mixture.

Its ready serve hot
