In a large bowl, combine the yeast, warm milk, warm water, sugar, 2 egg whites, and Greek yogurt. Mix well.
Gradually add the flour and salt, knead for 5 minutes to form a dough.
Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 12 small balls. - 2
Roll each ball into an oval shape with a rolling pin. Brush with softened butter, then make several lengthwise cuts.
Roll the dough at an angle and join the ends together.
Repeat with each piece of dough. - 3
Brush with the egg yolks.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 18 minutes.
