For kofta
Mix lauki and grated paneer add salt and amchur powder.
Add green chilli and coriander leaves - 2
Add soaked bread and make small balls. Deep fry snd keep aside

For gravy
Cut onions and tomatoes.
Take a pan add 1 cup water add onions, tomatoes, cashews,walnut and green chilli. Boil it for 10 minutes - 4
Keep aside. When it cools then churn it and strainit.
Take a heavy bottom kadai. Add oil and then add ginger garlic paste fry for 1 minutes then add onion tomato paste and cook for 6-7 minutes - 5
Add all the spices and cover it. Cook until masala releases its oil. Add water and cover it and put the flame on medium.

When gravy becomes little thick put the gas flame off. Place the koftas in serving plate pour the hot gravy and garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
