Soak chia seeds in water for 2 hours.

Boil milk and mix sugar.

Add custard powder in 1/2 cup cold milk.

When milk starts boiling,slow down the heat and mix custard powder mixture.Keep on stirring. After first boil, switch I the gas.Let it cool.

Pour the custard into a glass bowl.

Make jelly by mixing jelly crystals and hot water (250 ml.) transfer it into another small glass bowl.Keep it in the fridge.

Now slightly dry roast rest of the seeds.

Assembling of layers - take custard bowl.Take out jelly bowl from the fridge,loose the sides of jelly and slide it carefully over the custard.

Cover the sides over custard with chia seeds.

Take leaves of curry patta,clean them with wet cloth and dry.Melt white chocolate in a bowl in microwave for 20 sec.

Dip curry patta leaves into chocolate on one side and keep it in a tray.Keep the tray in freezer for 5 min.After that peel off the leaf from the chocolate.

Place these chocolate leaves in the center of the jelly and sprinkle all types of roasted seeds around it.

Keep this chia pudding in the fridge for 1 hour.When chilled, enjoy it with your family and friends.
