Firstly we will boil chicken pieces with 1 glass water,salt, some ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder once it’s slightly tender remove the chicken and set aside to cool then shred it to strands set aside. Also don’t discard it’s soup we will use it for further cooking.also keep fried onions ready.

Next coarsely blend oats don’t make powder just once or twice pulse and remove it. Now take wok add oats a glass of water and all the chicken soup set it on medium flame burner and mix it well without lumps and cook until raw smell disappears meanwhile add all spices salt,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,Garam masala powder,bay leave once it’s cooked well then add the shredded chicken

Keep cooking on low flame to avoid sticking it to the bottom. At this point taste all spices and add lime juice,coriander leaves,mint leaves & Ghee generously.

Lastly pop it in a serving hot case and garnish with coriander & mint leaves, boiled eggs and ghee while serving. Enjoy the delicious meal with oats and chicken Haleem.
