Chilli Potato

Slice the bell peppers and onions separately, and cut the boiled potatoes into pieces.

Place the boiled potato pieces in a bowl. Add rice flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with a spoon, adding a little water to coat the potatoes lightly.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the coated potatoes until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.

In another pan, heat a little oil. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté. Add the tomatoes and green chilies, and cook until they soften.

Add the onions and bell peppers, sprinkle with salt, and stir. Cover and cook until the vegetables are soft. Add the fried potatoes, then mix in the chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and black pepper. Stir well, turn off the heat, and serve hot with paratha or puri. Your chilli potato is ready!
