Cooking Instructions

Scrub oranges with salt. Peel them with a peeler. Do not use the white skin. Cut into small pieces.

Put water in the pot to cook the peels. When boiling, drain it. Put the peels in the pot add water. When boiling, put crystal sugar and turn to low heat. Stir occasionally around 30 minutes when the peels get soft and water turns thick. Turn off the heat. Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey.
