A classic meat dish from the Island of Corfu*, it's a fantastic dish.

We need two steaks. I prepared it for two, but you can multiply the quantities. Finely chop two cloves of garlic and 1 or 2 sprigs of cilantro. In a cup, mix 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and half a cup of white wine. Once the preparations are ready, heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and cilantro. Coat the steaks in flour, season with salt and pepper, and add them to the pan with the garlic without moving them.

Cook for 3 minutes on one side, then flip them over. Add the prepared wine, a pinch of rosemary, and let it cook. You can add half a cup of water and let the sauce thicken. Serve. It's a delight.
