Steps

Peel boiled potato. Cut into 3-4 thick slices. Fry them in hot oil.

Take out once golden. With a katori crush it lightly. Than fry again in hot oil until crisp. Now add chatmasala, salt and chilli powder to this fried aloo. In a serving dish, crush some puri and plate it.

Add aaloo on puri. Add red chutney, green chutney.

Add onion over it. Add some sev and bundi. Top it with curd. Add some chat masala, top it with chutney and sprinkle some chilli powder. Chat is ready to eat. Enjoy.
