Chop onion, slice tomatoes thinly, chop green chillies, coriander leaves,

Keep ready burnt garlic cloves, crushed pepper corns,and lemon juice

Now add everything together and mix with your clean hands, (sliced tomatoes, chopped onion, fire burnt crushed garlic,pepper crushed, chat masala, salt, lemon juice, chilli powder, and chopped coriander leaves)
