Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchSwiss chard
  2. 2 tablespoonsoil
  3. 1large onion, thinly sliced
  4. 1/3 cupred bell pepper, diced
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt, or to taste
  6. 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
  7. 1/3 cupraisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the Swiss chard. Cut the stems into thin diagonal pieces. Cut the leaves into smaller pieces.
    In a skillet, heat the oil and cook the onion along with the stems, bell pepper, and raisins.
    Add the leaves, salt, and pepper. Stir and let cook.
    Serve hot.
